Anjay Bajaj is the President of Altos Incorporated, a leading Healthcare Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology (IT) company based in California with a highly developed production center overseas. Anjay brings more then 24 years of entrepreneurship, IT and management consulting, general management, business development, engagement management experience to Altos. He is a strong visionary leader with team-building skills, analytical and creative talents to carry out strategic and complex business assignments. He has the track record of successful new business initiatives across diverse intercultural/international backgrounds and has worked with a wide range of client organizations including start-ups, small companies, and large corporations.
Previously, Anjay was the Regional Director of Infogain and HCL Technologies. For both companies, he lead their successful entry into new geographic and strategic markets. Anjay is also the prominent leader of the Southern California technology community. He was the Chairman of the Technology Council of Southern California (www.tcosc.org) from 2006 to 2009. Anjay earned an MBA from the University of Southern California and an Engineering degree for Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India.

Manoj Narang manages the IT staffing and outsourcing services at Altos Incorporated. Manoj brings over 20 years of business development, delivery management, and recruitment experience to Altos. Manoj specializes in Project Management, architecture and design, customized software development, Health Care IT, Outsourcing, Offshore and onsite staffing, Previously, Manoj spent 8 years with e4site, Inc. d/b/a Visionaire leading their HealthCareIT and eCommerce/content management practice. Manoj has rich international work experience spanning Asia, Europe and North America with HCL Technologies and JK Technosoft. Manoj earned an MA in International Politics (and Trade) from Allahabad University, India.
VINOD MALHOTRA
Director, India Operations
Vinod Malhotra is the Director for Altos’s India Offshore Center. He is an astute, result-oriented professional with over 28 years of business development experience within information technology industry. Prior to Altos, he lead national sales teams for computer pheripherals and software. He started his IT career as the Marketing Manager for the sole IBM distributor in India from 1981 to 1998.
SHIRIN BAJAJ

Shirin Bajaj serves as Marketing Director at Altos. Shirin brings over a decade of IT and management consulting and project management experience. Previously, she was a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young Cap Gemini, where she managed several large IT and management consulting engagements. Prior to Cap Gemini, Shirin held various business development and sales operations positions at HCL Technologies and NIIT. Shirin holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine and an Engineering degree from University of Allahabad (Regional Engineering College), India.
