Contract Talent

This is a cost effective solution that will allow the sponsor to maintain more control of the project timeline and final outcome.

To insure that we consistently have a pool of qualified consultants to fill your open positions, we work constantly to grow our vast network of talent. We identify qualified candidates, and establish and maintain long-term relationships with them. These relationships allow us to respond to your staffing needs more efficiently.

As an Altos employee, the individual would work on an hourly basis on site at your facility. Our team will recruit, screen and administratively manage these employees throughout the duration of their assignment with your organization, eliminating any co-employment related issues. This relationship allows you to see an immediate impact on your organization, while maintaining the flexibility that is required to respond to fluctuating work flow.

Contract-to-Hire

Allows you to convert a contract employee currently on assignment to core porsitions within your organization. The process for candidate interviews, screening, and management is comparable to hiring contract talent. However, in the screening process, their potential and desire for a direct position with your organization is discussed.
