The Hiring Manager has the opportunity to assess an employee’s performance and suitability to the position and organization prior to making a hiring commitment.

This model allows an organization to convert contract employees on assignment to core positions within the company, following a waiting period, or in accordance with a quoted fee schedule. The contract employee is able to experience the role and the working relationships before assuming the full-time position.

The process for candidate interviews, screening, and management is comparable to hiring contract talent. However, in the screening process, their potential and desire for a direct position with your organization is discussed.
